Construction Manager - Electrical

About the role

The Construction Manager – Electrical leads the planning, execution and delivery of medium to large EPC projects in the power and infrastructure sectors, covering substations, power plants and overhead transmission lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities for medium and large substations, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, contracts, quality and HSE standards.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through construction, testing, commissioning and hand‑over while controlling schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Plan resources, monitor progress, manage subcontractors, identify risks and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8‑15 years of experience in EPC projects within Gulf countries and/or India.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and strong decision‑making, communication and negotiation skills.
