Site Engineer - Retail, Commercial & F&B Fit-Out

About the role

An experienced Site Engineer is sought to manage and supervise retail, commercial and F&B fit-out projects across the UAE. The role covers strong site execution, coordination, quality control and project-management capability. Benefits include a company car, fuel and Salik.

Key responsibilities

• Execute architectural and MEP works according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Supervise daily site activities and verify dimensions, levels, measurements and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, security and site standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and mall management.
• Maintain site documentation such as permits, day-work records, material inventory and progress reports.
• Monitor project quality, schedules, material deliveries and milestones, and escalate delays or critical issues.
• Support execution from site mobilization through completion and handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years of UAE commercial / retail fit-out experience; retail and F&B fit-out experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural fit-out works and basic MEP coordination.
• Experience coordinating joinery, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Good understanding of drawings, measurements, specifications and project schedules.
• UAE driving licence (mandatory); English required, Hindi preferred.
• Flexible to work different hours depending on project needs.
