Construction Manager – Interior Design Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead high‑end interior fit‑out and design‑build projects for a leading Abu Dhabi interior design firm. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of interior fit‑out and design‑build projects, managing timelines, budgets and quality.
• Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams, ensuring seamless integration of design, procurement and construction.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical and site challenges, and ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, providing updates and driving productivity and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of UAE experience managing interior fit‑out and design‑build projects.
• Proven track record delivering commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace and luxury residential fit‑out projects.
