Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for townhouse and villa developments. The role oversees all phases from initiation through handover, ensuring projects meet quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities for residential projects.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, local regulations and company standards.
• Monitor progress against schedules, implement corrective actions and report to senior management.
• Oversee structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works, coordinating contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, quality audits and safety inspections.
• Evaluate contractor performance, review programmes, recovery plans and resource allocations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and track performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of construction experience, preferably with leading developers or contractors.
• Extensive background in residential developments (villas, townhouses, community infrastructure).
• Proven track record of managing site construction from start to handover.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, architectural finishes and contractor management.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, quality management and HSE requirements.
