Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon – American Board/UK CCT

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon for a leading UAE healthcare provider. The role offers the chance to work in state‑of‑the‑art surgical facilities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver world‑class orthopedic care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including trauma, sports injuries and degenerative diseases.
• Perform advanced orthopedic procedures such as joint replacement, arthroscopy and complex fracture management.
• Conduct patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee pre‑operative and post‑operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and international quality standards.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligibility for, or active, DHA/DOH/MOH Consultant License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑board/CCT experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Strong expertise in advanced orthopedic procedures and complex case management.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient‑focused approach.
