About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its pediatric services and seeks a Consultant Pediatrician. Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and developmental issues.
• Support immunisation programmes, preventive health initiatives, nutrition counselling and family education.
• Coordinate care with neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
• Recognise and promptly escalate acutely unwell children, ensuring safe admission or referral pathways.
• Maintain child‑safe documentation, obtain consent, uphold safeguarding standards and comply with UAE regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised paediatric specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Pediatrics, UK CCT/MRCPCH/FRCPCH, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian FRACP, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS).
• Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
• Strong clinical judgement with a commitment to evidence‑based practice.
• Excellent patient‑centred communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to relocate and integrate into UAE clinical practice.

Required skills
