Consultant / Specialist Medical Oncologist

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Consultant or Specialist Medical Oncologist to provide specialist care and clinical leadership within a modern hospital environment serving an international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess and manage patients with a range of malignant diseases, including solid tumours and selected haematological malignancies.
• Develop and implement individualized cancer treatment plans based on staging, patient characteristics and current clinical guidelines.
• Prescribe, administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted and hormonal treatments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumour boards and collaborate with surgical, radiation, pathology, radiology and supportive care teams.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) with recognised specialist/board qualification in Medical Oncology.
• Minimum three years post‑specialist or post‑board clinical experience in a hospital or cancer centre.
• Current experience managing systemic cancer therapies and participating in multidisciplinary oncology teams.
