Content Manager

About the role

Assembly is looking for a Content Manager to join its Dubai office and drive SEO‑focused content initiatives. You will shape content strategy, produce high‑quality digital assets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost organic visibility for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO objectives and overall business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover content opportunities.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to prioritize topics based on search demand and competition.
• Create SEO‑friendly articles, blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia content.
• Optimize on‑page elements, metadata, and technical aspects to improve search rankings.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics, tracking organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and train content creators on SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Proven experience in content management with a strong focus on SEO.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Keyword Planner.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO optimizations.
• Familiarity with multilingual content optimization and localization.
