Content Manager - Software Product

About the role

A partner company is looking for an experienced Content Manager based in the United Arab Emirates for a successful software product business. The role takes ownership of content strategy, editorial quality and measurable results, turning complex technical knowledge into clear, engaging content. It combines AI-assisted creation with hands-on editing and optimization for traditional and AI-powered search.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead content direction, setting editorial priorities and choosing topics and formats with the most value.
• Edit and improve new and existing content for clarity, accuracy and relevance.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting and editing while keeping quality high.
• Lead and support a small team of writers, giving constructive feedback.
• Track content performance and use data to drive improvements.
• Improve visibility through SEO and optimization for AI-powered search, including GEO and AEO strategies.
• Experiment with new topics and formats, and collaborate with leadership, developers and product teams.

Required profile

• Several years of experience creating, writing and editing high-quality content.
• Previous experience leading a small team of writers.
• Experience creating content for software, SaaS or other technical products.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on SEO and optimization for AI-driven search (GEO and AEO).
• Strong practical knowledge of AI writing and editing tools.
