Contract Recruiter - Sales - Middle East & Africa

About the role

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead the sourcing and hiring of Sales and Sales Engineering talent across the UAE. The role requires a commercially‑minded recruiter who can build pipelines from scratch in a fast‑moving technology and cybersecurity market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals at various seniority levels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, events, online postings and other channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights and align expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Sales roles in technology or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Strong relationship‑building and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and managing multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
