Conveyancing Assistant

About the role

Driven Properties is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to support the smooth management of property transactions. You will work closely with the conveyancing team, handling documentation and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, scanning, and filing of transaction documents.
• Follow up with clients and agents on outstanding document requirements.
• Update transaction records in the management system.
• Schedule DLD appointments and assist with submission logistics.
• Handle routine client and agent queries regarding transaction progress.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real‑estate administration or a support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills; English required.
