Corporate Payments Senior Associate / VP – Dubai

About the role

The Corporate Payments Sales team in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President to drive payments solutions for large‑cap and mid‑cap corporate clients. You will partner closely with corporate bankers, product specialists and implementation teams to design and execute market strategies that meet client treasury, trade and working‑capital needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payments relationships with an identified portfolio of large and medium‑cap corporate clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth and new‑sales targets across Treasury Services, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Trade and Working Capital solutions.
• Coordinate with corporate bankers and other lines of business to drive cross‑sell opportunities and align client strategies.
• Support the rollout of new products and initiatives to maximise market penetration.
• Provide input into product development, marketing and other strategic initiatives.
• Maintain an intensive client focus, identify challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MBA) or Chartered Accountant qualification, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in payments, treasury services, transactional FX, merchant services, trade and working‑capital solutions.
• In‑depth knowledge of cash‑management and payments solutions in the UAE and key international markets.
• Experience handling large, multi‑country cash‑management programmes.
