Counter Sales Executive – Truck Spare Parts

About the role

The Counter Sales Executive will work in the Sinotruk division of Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment, handling walk‑in and fleet customers who need truck spare parts. This fast‑paced, customer‑facing position requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage many enquiries simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers and fleet clients with spare‑parts enquiries and sales.
• Identify, source, and recommend the correct parts based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on requests promptly.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and technical support.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, service, and sales teams to ensure parts availability.
• Handle multiple enquiries in a high‑volume environment.
• Support departmental sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure accurate system updates, documentation, and inventory transactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in counter sales, parts sales, or spare‑parts sales within the truck, commercial‑vehicle, or heavy‑equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of truck spare parts, preferably with exposure to Sinotruk or similar brands.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with a high influx of customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player who can build relationships across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
