About the role

The Culinary Ambassador ensures exceptional culinary experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless food service and turning every guest into a happy fan of our restaurants.

Key responsibilities

Represent the brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless culinary experience.
Conduct all operational tasks in food & beverage production in line with service standards and procedures.
Proactively prevent complaints, manage service recovery and go the extra mile to delight guests.
Communicate regularly with fellow ambassadors, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma in catering; a college degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
