About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Sharjah office at Green Line Motors FZE. The role involves interacting with customers in multiple languages, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests promptly.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers in Russian and English.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian and English; additional knowledge of Turkmen, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is preferred.
- Open to candidates from CIS countries.
