DataOps Consultant (Lakehouse Support)

About the role

We are looking for a DataOps Consultant to provide lakehouse support, combining production support expertise with DevOps and AI fluency. The role is fully onsite and involves ensuring stability of .NET, Python, data pipelines and BI tools while driving automation and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep diagnostics on batch and streaming data pipelines and coordinate resolution with platform engineering and data domain teams (Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir).
• Own L2/L3 production support for in‑house applications, APIs, event‑driven systems and data platforms, managing incidents via ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and container orchestration (Docker, AKS).
• Implement monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry and data‑observability tools like Monte Carlo.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for incident triage, automated runbooks and proactive anomaly detection.

Required profile

• Strong background in production support and incident management for .NET/C#, Python, APIs and event‑driven architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD, IaC and container platforms.
• Ability to work closely with developers, data engineers and vendors to resolve complex issues.
