Delivery Consultant – Recruitment

About the role

eMagine Solutions DMCC is seeking a Delivery Consultant who thrives on the end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will own the delivery of mid‑to‑senior mandates across the UAE, KSA and the wider GCC, ensuring the right talent is placed quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, market mapping and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by function, sector and seniority.
• Conduct structured qualification calls and produce clear, commercial candidate summaries.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the process, keeping them informed and committed.
• Provide market insights on availability, compensation expectations and competitor activity.
• Maintain a clean, reportable pipeline with consistent activity and follow‑through.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency‑side recruitment experience, preferably in an international or GCC context.
• Proven ability to deliver mid‑to‑senior level mandates (manager level and above).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Based in the UAE.
