Demand Manager – Revenue Management

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a commercially driven Demand Manager to join its Revenue Management team. In this role you will forecast demand, optimise revenue and influence the performance of the airline’s global network, combining analytics, strategy and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting across assigned markets and contribute to network revenue and PRASK targets.
• Develop accurate forecasts by cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin and destination.
• Lead demand and revenue strategies during peak travel periods, holidays and special events.
• Analyse market trends, customer demand patterns and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor revenue performance, validate system outputs and continuously refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances and E‑commerce to align strategies.
• Leverage advanced revenue management systems and analytical tools to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience in revenue management, demand planning, pricing, aviation analytics or commercial strategy.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for aviation, data and delivering measurable business results.

Required skills

• Degree level education or equivalent analytical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a numerate and analytical role.
• High familiarity with airline systems such as PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS, DDS and reporting tools like Tableau and Zenztech.
