Developer Relations Lead

About the role

Mintlayer is looking for a Developer Relations Lead to shape the experience of developers integrating its blockchain platform. You will be responsible for the quality of documentation, SDK usability, and community engagement, ensuring developers can quickly and successfully build on Mintlayer.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Mintlayer developer documentation suite, expanding coverage and raising quality.
• Create and publish code samples, integration tutorials, and quick‑start guides.
• Evaluate the Mintlayer SDK from a first‑time developer’s perspective and suggest enhancements.
• Design and run hackathon programs, including prize design, participant support, project evaluation, and follow‑up.
• Maintain Mintlayer’s presence on GitHub and manage open‑source contributions.
• Build relationships with developer community organizers and technical influencers.
• Produce a monthly developer experience report covering adoption metrics, documentation gaps, and integration blockers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, technical evangelism, or a similar developer‑facing role.
• Proven track record of improving developer documentation to production‑grade standards.
• Active participation in crypto developer communities such as ETHGlobal and Bitcoin‑adjacent hackathons.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.

Required skills

• Experience writing code samples and reviewing SDKs.
• Proficiency with GitHub for repository management and community interaction.
