Digital Marketing Director – Part‑time Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead our online growth on a part‑time, hybrid basis in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple digital channels, supporting the company’s business objectives while offering flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy, defining campaign goals and performance metrics.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email and social.
• Manage e‑commerce funnels, improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.
• Monitor web analytics, generate performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to refine messaging, allocate budgets and ensure timely execution.
• Lead lead‑generation initiatives and track key metrics to maximise qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, preferably at a managerial or director level.
• Strong background in e‑commerce optimisation and lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, part‑time environment.
