About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to lead our online presence. You will develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms.
• Create engaging Reels and short‑form videos tailored to each platform.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram) and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights, and produce monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Drive brand growth through both organic and paid tactics.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook) campaign management.
• Proficiency in creating Reels and short‑form video content.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns.
