About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth Specialist will lead data‑driven growth initiatives across multiple digital platforms, focusing on acquisition, engagement and conversion. You will own performance‑marketing campaigns and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads, conversions and revenue.
• Design, launch and optimise performance‑driven campaigns on search, social, display and email channels.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) ensuring optimal ROI.
• Plan, manage and optimise email marketing and advanced automation workflows.
• Analyse campaign data with analytics tools, generate insights and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with content, creative and technology teams to align messaging and targeting.
• Stay current with digital‑marketing trends and GCC market updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth, performance marketing and paid media.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, paid‑social platforms and marketing‑automation tools.
• Strong analytical background using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM and email platforms.
• Growth‑marketing mindset with proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
