Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance‑marketing initiatives for our real‑estate portfolio across the UAE and international markets. The role focuses on generating high‑quality buyer and investor leads while maximising return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic/display networks.
• Generate qualified leads for off‑plan, secondary, luxury and international investment properties.
• Continuously improve campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rate, CTR and cost per qualified lead.
• Implement advanced retargeting, audience segmentation, funnel optimisation and conversion tracking.
• Scale successful campaigns across local UAE and target international markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead quality, response time and conversion ratios.
• Lead digital branding efforts, working with creative teams on ad creatives, video reels, landing pages, email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage website performance, SEO strategy, CRO and track results using Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite and CRM dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in the Dubai real‑estate sector and international markets.
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology, campaign funnels and CRM workflows.
• Proven ability to generate high‑quality leads at scale for luxury and off‑plan projects.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to improve conversion performance.
