Digital Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital Media Specialist will join CPC Inc’s Information Technology division within the Corporate business unit in Sharjah. The role blends graphic design, SEO, web development and video editing to create engaging digital content and improve the company’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital assets such as banners, infographics, social media visuals and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Communications and external vendors to develop creative campaigns.
• Maintain and organise the company’s digital asset library.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise on‑page SEO elements and monitor performance using Google Analytics.
• Produce regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Assist in website development, updates and maintenance, ensuring content accuracy and a high‑quality user experience.
• Work with developers and vendors to implement design enhancements and stay current with emerging web technologies.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of professional experience in digital media, graphic design, SEO and web development within a corporate setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and video editing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Google Analytics for SEO tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Web development fundamentals (HTML/CSS, content management).
