Digital Partners Lead - Growth Brands

About the role

The Digital Partners Lead will own the performance of growth‑brand portfolios on food‑aggregator platforms, driving revenue, order volume and menu conversion. Acting as the central coordinator between brand marketing, revenue management, operations and aggregator leads, you will ensure rapid experimentation and execution excellence to scale brands faster than traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own aggregator performance for assigned growth brands and drive GMV and order growth.
• Monitor city, zone and store metrics to identify scaling opportunities for high‑performing SKUs.
• Optimize menu architecture, product naming, images and bundles to increase menu‑to‑order conversion (M2O) and average order value (AOV).
• Plan, configure and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring timely deal setup and ROI tracking.
• Build cohort models for targeted discounts and visibility, reducing blanket discounting.
• Lead regional strategic projects across 30+ aggregators using the NRL framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 48 months of relevant experience in digital marketing, key account or commercial planning within the food‑service or aggregator space.
