Digital Practice Director - PM/CM

About the role

KEO, an AEP/PMCM firm recognised as one of the Top 20 international PM/CM firms, is looking for a Digital Practice Director to join its PM/CM division in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role leads the adoption and implementation of digital solutions to meet the division's needs and challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategy to build a culture of excellence in professional and technical practice aligned with the PM/CM business.
• Develop software for specific tasks, such as simplifying analytics, and drive the implementation of new technologies.
• Create a digital network and strategy supporting company networking, promoting the use of systems and technologies and developing team capabilities.
• Work with Digital Advisory Services to align the division with the company-wide digital vision.
• Recommend and drive improvements to existing processes, and create and maintain a knowledge database of guidelines, video tutorials and training sessions.
• Support project leaders in presenting the service offering to clients, take part in bid reviews and client presentations, and conduct project reviews for technical compliance.
• Pilot artificial intelligence applications to support business operations.
• Ensure health, safety, sustainability and continual improvement are embedded in all work, and champion team reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of experience delivering projects using BIM processes and technologies, preferably during the construction stage.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant engineering discipline.
