Director - Municipalities, Infrastructure, Transport & Smart Cities

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Municipalities, Infrastructure, Transport & Smart Cities portfolio in the UAE public sector. The role will drive transformation programmes, manage key accounts and act as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of infrastructure, transport and smart‑city accounts.
• Own the sector pipeline aligned with UAE urban‑development priorities.
• Define and execute account strategies for priority authorities and transport entities.
• Lead large, complex bids covering smart‑city, mobility and infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Develop C‑suite relationships at federal and local levels.
• Serve as engagement executive or sector SME on strategic programmes.
• Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Activate strategic alliances and drive thought leadership in smart‑city and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with capability teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years consulting experience in infrastructure, transport or smart‑city transformation.
• Arabic speaking with a bachelor’s degree or higher in technology‑related fields, smart cities or public policy.
• Proven GCC consulting experience, preferably in the UAE, with a track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Established senior relationships within UAE government and related holding companies.
• Strong experience leading large infrastructure or smart‑city programmes.
• Executive presence, commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
