Director of Field Marketing – EMEA

About the role

Diligent is seeking a Director of Field Marketing for the EMEA region, based in Dubai, to lead the execution of its marketing strategy across key Middle East markets. You will drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and support product launches while ensuring compliance with regional data residency requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Diligent’s marketing strategy for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and priority GCC markets.
• Lead integrated, field‑led programs that launch and promote Diligent’s solutions, including a new private‑cloud data centre in KSA.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Development, Account & Regional Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams to build aligned campaigns.
• Generate inbound demand through website optimization, digital campaigns, events, executive programs, and ABM initiatives targeting boards, governance leaders, public‑sector bodies, financial institutions and large enterprises.
• Build and operate lead, reporting and analytics infrastructure using Marketo and Salesforce.
• Manage a team of four full‑time marketers across DACH and other regions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in field or B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within governance, risk and compliance or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage regional marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of Middle East market dynamics, data residency and regulatory considerations.
