- Direct underwriting of new and existing projects, including Build-to-Rent, and oversee programming and product-mix decisions
- Review and sign off feasibility models and business cases before submission to the Chief of Development and the Investment Committee
- Lead origination, structuring and execution of third-party capital transactions, build a pipeline of institutional partners and manage investor materials, data rooms and negotiations
- Align asset plans, capital allocation, hold periods and exit timing with portfolio mandates, and run joint governance with the Investment team
- Oversee monthly dashboards, quarterly valuations and Board/IC reporting, enforce document control and audit readiness
- Lead, coach and develop the Underwriting, Programming and Portfolio Analysis & Reporting teams, with succession cover for SVP roles
Required profile
- Minimum 14 years in real estate investment, private equity real estate or development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Minimum 6 years of managerial experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
