Distribution Manager – Hotel Revenue Team

About the role

The Distribution Manager will lead the implementation and optimisation of distribution channels for One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai, ensuring successful resort operations and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain ancillary systems, manage OTA content and strategies based on reporting insights.
• Train sales and front‑office teams on revenue management principles and keep training materials up to date.
• Maintain rate parity across all channels using Distribution Intelligence tools and collaborate with sales.
• Develop and enforce distribution system standards, including rate codes, room type setups and rate loading.
• Monitor and optimise distribution channels, anticipate business at risk and act accordingly.
• Build and manage database information for CRS, GDS, PMS and OTA platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within revenue and distribution.
• Proven track record in hotel revenue management and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Central Reservation Systems, CRS, GDS and PMS.
• Experience with SynXis and OPERA Cloud (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to compile and manipulate data.
• Familiarity with Business Analytics tools and OTA extranets.
