Dynamic Waiter/Waitress – Al Ain Rotana

About the role

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Al Ain Rotana. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that turns each guest’s visit into a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in line with the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet, seat, and attend to guests with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards throughout the outlet.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage while maximizing revenue through upselling techniques.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail, and work well in a busy team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language communication.
