EC&C Recruiter – Graduate & Emerging Talent (6‑12 month FTC)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term contract offers a recruitment professional the chance to manage end‑to‑end hiring for graduate, internship and entry‑level programmes across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create recruitment plans.
• Attend open‑day events and university fairs throughout the UAE.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and other recruitment systems.
• Support reporting, compliance and performance metrics.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book required) fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for events.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to develop a recruitment career.
