About the role

Al Futtaim Health’s HealthHub network is looking for UAE National physicians across all specialties to join its growing family‑medicine clinics in Dubai. Whether you are an experienced consultant, a specialist, a general practitioner, or a newly qualified Emirati doctor, you will work in a community‑focused environment that values patient care and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care to patients in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
• Contribute to improving healthcare access and outcomes for local communities.
• Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient journeys.
• Apply evidence‑based medicine in daily practice and maintain accurate medical records.
• Engage with patients in both English and Arabic, providing clear communication and education.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book Holder) with a recognised medical degree.
• DHA licence or eligibility for DHA registration (candidates without a licence are encouraged to apply if eligible).
• Strong communication and patient‑engagement abilities.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and community‑oriented healthcare.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
