About the role
Oliver Wyman is expanding its public‑sector consulting practice in the UAE and is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead projects focused on government, public institutions and tourism. You will be the on‑scene leader, guiding a team through the full problem‑solving cycle and delivering practical, strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project teams from hypothesis generation to solution convergence.
- Ensure recommendations are practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive.
- Provide thought leadership at the strategic level while managing technical and operational details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders.
- Drive rapid professional growth within the team and contribute to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture.
Required profile
- A degree from a top academic program.
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Proven experience leading projects for governmental or public‑sector institutions, ideally in the GCC region.
