Engineer I-C Maintenance

About the role

The Engineer I-C Maintenance will plan, supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for a wide range of instrument and control systems at ADNOC Offshore’s plant. The role ensures reliable operation by integrating maintenance work with operations and other engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations and maintenance teams with equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine surveillance and start‑up activities.
• Provide on‑site technical support for critical maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.
• Allocate manpower, schedule preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance plans, and monitor workload and backlog.
• Control material, spares, consumables and tools to guarantee continuous availability.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to major maintenance planning, upgrades and obsolescence management aligned with a five‑year business plan.
• Support development, implementation and commissioning of new projects, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Participate in technical bid evaluation, material inspection and contractor performance monitoring.
