ERP Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

About the role

EDGE Group is seeking an ERP Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT groups to analyse current workflows, design improvements, and support the implementation and optimisation of enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory, engineering and quality functions.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Translate requirements into ERP and PLM system solutions, configuring modules such as BOM, routing and product lifecycle management.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations and continuous enhancements, ensuring seamless links between ERP, PLM, MES and supply‑chain systems.
• Maintain and optimise product structures, BOMs and engineering data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop training materials, deliver end‑user training and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance and lead process‑efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for project planning, testing, deployment and change management.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Experience configuring and supporting ERP/PLM modules related to production and product lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
