European Off Plan and Investment Consultant

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a motivated European Off‑Plan and Investment Consultant to join its fast‑growing Dubai team. You will act as a key liaison between European investors and developers, guiding clients through off‑plan purchases and investment opportunities in the UAE’s dynamic property market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong ability to generate business independently.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Experience with CRM systems and property platforms such as Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
