About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to plan and execute events from start to finish in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with clients and vendors while gaining hands‑on experience in the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events, preparing schedules, checklists and budgets.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, vendors and service providers.
- Manage event setup, registration and on‑site activities, including catering, decoration, AV and entertainment.
- Handle last‑minute changes, resolve operational issues and monitor expenses.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of event planning processes.
- Familiarity with budgeting and schedule management.
