Event Operations Manager – MENA

About the role

Xsolla is seeking an Event Operations Manager for the MENA region to lead its new Dubai events hub and Expo venue. The role reports to the VP of Global Experiential Marketing and works closely with senior marketing leaders to bring major global conference and event brands to Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own the MENA event roadmap and budget, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure global conference and event brands for the Xsolla Dubai Expo venue.
• Manage the full deal process for event organizers, from relationship building through contract negotiation and on‑site delivery.
• Lead and develop the local events team, including coordinators and community manager.
• Oversee sponsorship package delivery, space planning, production requirements, and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in event marketing or operations, preferably in video games, tech, or software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder events from concept to execution.
• Experience negotiating vendor and venue contracts across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/MENA events market; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.
• Strong command of Google Workspace.
