About the role
Arabian Agile Professionals is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its leadership team remotely. The position is a 12‑month freelance contract based on a 48‑hour workweek.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations and executive coordination remotely.
- Streamline daily administrative workflows and ensure smooth communication across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support training and coaching initiatives throughout the region.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a 48‑hour workweek under a freelance contract structure.
