About the role

We are looking for a confident Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑growing real estate business in Dubai. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, managing leads and providing day‑to‑day operational support to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all inbound calls and enquiries.
  • Handle and respond to real‑estate leads confidently.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and prospects.
  • Follow up on enquiries when required.
  • Maintain organised records of calls and leads.
  • Provide direct day‑to‑day support to the CEO.
  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

  • Previous real‑estate experience, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Clear, professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Organised, reliable and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sales‑focused environment.
