Executive Housekeeper

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is hiring an Executive Housekeeper in Dubai. The role sits within a global lifestyle group spanning hospitality, entertainment and real estate, and calls for a hands-on manager who delivers precision, quality and a five-star guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards are met throughout the hotel, creating a five-star ambiance.
• Act as liaison for external contractors and audit their services regularly against industry-leading standards.
• Prepare the annual linen budget based on quantity inventory.
• Manage expenses, labour and material resources to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate closely with all departments and the leadership team to keep housekeeping operations smooth.
• Maintain health and safety, including fire and safety procedures, and cultivate team morale through recognition.
• Deliver a five-star guest experience under pressure, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel in the UAE.
• Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-rated properties is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills; ability to work varied shifts.
• Professional appearance meeting the company's grooming standards.
