Executive Manager - Business Planning and Operations Support

About the role

Join ADCB's Global Business Services team as an Executive Manager, supporting the Head of Operations in driving operational health, cost management and strategic planning across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on operational health indicators such as SLA, NPS, cost and risk, providing inputs for issue resolution.
• Review monthly operating costs against plan and prepare budget reports.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis on projects and issues, recommending improvements while ensuring policy compliance.
• Collate and analyse quantitative data (FTE, manpower, spend) for major projects.
• Lead annual business planning discussions with Retail, Corporate and Private banking groups.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives, events and communications within ITMAM.
• Establish a centre of excellence for Active Operations Management tools and drive adoption.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation and reporting across core operational functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of banking operations, capacity planning or project management experience, including 5 years in a business support role.
• Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven relationship‑management, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership and change‑management experience.
