F&B Cost Controller

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented F&B Cost Controller to join our finance team. You will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting profitability across our restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on purchases, sales, COGS and stock status.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers, chefs and the F&B operations team to verify batch production and inventory levels.
• Conduct month‑end inventory reconciliations and update recipes, articles and sub‑recipes in Sapaad.
• Perform month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, including sales, inventory and expense reconciliations.
• Prepare balance‑sheet schedules (pre‑payments, accruals, deposits, advances) for F&B and other divisions.
• Analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and generate ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Post monthly sales from ANA, TAV Dubai Mall and TAV Dalma Mall in Dynamics 365 based on Sapaad data.
• Handle external audit requirements for 2023‑2024.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting or cost control within the F&B industry.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
