F&B Service Assistant

About the role

The Guest Service Expert in Food & Beverage ensures guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting kitchen communication.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and address any issues.
• Maintain work areas, clean supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the service area for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle physical demands of the role.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and kitchen staff.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
