F&B Service Expert - Arabic Specialty Restaurant

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is hiring a full-time, non-management F&B Service Expert for its Arabic specialty restaurant. The role is about building a memorable guest experience beyond simply serving food and drinks: setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests and keeping work areas clean. The position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests and deliver a wide range of services so that meals feel like part of a memorable experience
• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen and serve guests
• Clean work areas and supplies
• Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards and maintain a safe workplace
• Keep uniform, personal appearance and communications professional
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
• No supervisory experience required
• Physical ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods, move over uneven or slippery surfaces, and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance
