About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, verify menu information, and assist guests throughout their meal.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, deliver orders, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the dining area for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle physical demands of the role.
