About the role
The F&B Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at the Royal Club Lounge. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while maintaining a safe, professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow hygiene standards.
- Verify menu information, handle transactions, and support the overall service flow.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
