F&B Service Intern

About the role

Join the 25hours Hotel One Central team in Dubai as an F&B Service Intern, supporting daily restaurant operations and gaining hands‑on experience in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming guests, escorting them to tables and presenting menus.
• Support the service team with order taking, food and beverage service, and guest requests.
• Handle table setup, mise en place, clearing and resetting according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely delivery.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and breakdown when required.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and refer issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related program.
• Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance, good personal hygiene and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
