Female Butler - 6 Months' Mission

About the role

Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a 5-star beachfront resort on the Palm Jumeirah, is looking for a highly professional and detail-oriented female Butler. The role provides personalized service to guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with discretion and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest requests efficiently, including packing and unpacking, laundry services and personal shopping
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain guest suites and common areas in an organized and immaculate condition
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages as required
• Assist with event planning and execution for private functions
• Handle guest correspondence and manage schedules
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements
• Ensure service standards are met and exceeded consistently

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
